I had a lot of issues registering my account as it was requesting information I had not accessed since I took my tenancy out 14 years ago. Contacted the council by phone to obtain the relevant information, I was then able to register and access the app. It's easier to monitor my rent account, and reporting repairs is OK, but being able to categorise the repair can be a bit confusing. The ability to select a day and time slot for the repair is a good feature. I am able to bid easy enough.

Doesnt work, click on options and never loads. Can you fix this issue because theres not even an option to use the website anymore and you take 10 days to even answer the phone.
