Its a good app but I have a problem with connecting. Everytime I try to join a meeting. It says unable to connect because of network while my network works perfectly!

I have taken the paid subscription for the month. I would have been your annual subscriber. Points to improve: 1. The video recording feature does not work properly the audio lags in the video. 2. When screen sharing is on, can't see participants, which was fine earlier. 3. Have to share the entier screen else it does not run properly, else when I put the laser pointer on the ppt presentation has issues. 4. Now there is no option to share other than entier screen. Earlier there were options.

Dear team, I have used your app for some time now. Generally it works fine but I have some important suggestions to make to improve the interface. The "raise hand" icon should be easier to use. It is much more convenient to be next to the mic. Also when somebody unmutes the mic, the "raise hand" should go off. Further, on touch devices (tablets, phones) there should be an option to place menu icons on top or bottom to make access more convenient .
