They guarantee assigning a helper in 2-7 working days and miserably fail in doing so. After paying them the entire money in advance, these guys don't even reply to messages. They charge heavy amount for just finding the helper and never mention that I have to pay the cook salary separately apart from this fees. Their customer support executives/regional managers are of no use and just make fake promises. It is way easier to find a helper/cook on my own. I just wasted 6k for nothing.

I have had a very bad experience engaging with Broomees. They take the subscription fee upfront and send random helpers that don't even fit your requirement.If you are working woman, this is probably not what you are looking for. They have no respect for anyone's time. They do not refund the money even if you are dissatisfied with their services. They will keep sending you profiles and the helpers do not turn up. Their model is not really to place helpers rather to make the subscription fee.

Poor & terrible service. They took a subscription, the name of babysitter 1 month ago & not provided professional person nor refunding the amount. Customer care also does not pick up calls and neither does the relationship manager pick up the phone. Nor are they returning my money. Beware & dnt get trapped, these people are looting the public.
