My account is terminated due to incorrect pan but I had uploaded right document also raise a ticket and give all the necessary proof of pan card but everytime support agent reply that we are not able to reactivate your id I want to know what is the purpose of raising ticket if your support agent are not able to resolve anything i also discuss this problem with store manager and fleet coach but there is no satisfactory response from their side .
