Incredibly helpful. I'm a social work student who also deals with her own issue. With this in combination of regular self reflection and working with a therapist, I can absolutely see a difference in my outlook. Yes there is a subscription fee, people deserve to be paid for their services, but they don't want a lack of money to stop people from getting help so you can apply for a free account if you're having financial hardships.

So far have been a nice ride. I like the minimalistic design and it's simplicity. I have been with anxiety for more than 8 years, and seems that this starts to work by restructuring my faulty brain. 4 stars as there's always a room for improvement. If you guys add E2EE even with managed keys on your end that would be fantastic. Also, for users it's important to know that information is not sold further. Other than that thank you so far and I will keep using it.

Actually, it is truly helpful!!! I love the way it's structured, to help when you're very distraught, and are unable to organize ur thoughts for a plain journal... this is much more helpful. And there's a myriad of resources available thru the app as well. I have found that educating yourself as much as possible about any and all issues that may be afflicting yourself is the single most helpful thing I have ever done for myself. Pair this with Happy Couple and the PTSD coach apps.
