Absolute scam. Despite canceling both subscription and closing account they still charged me $120. And no customer service line, just slow email response. *Update: After reaching out through several different ways I was able to get a refund. Still believe a better cancelation process and better customer support could have avoided all this stress. Also 1 week trial is not long enough to really see if the service is worth it.

Signed up for the free trial and it was so bad I canceled within an hour. But they still charged me the $49 monthly fee 7 days later and it's now been two weeks and still haven't seen a refund. After several emails I only get the same answer, probably AI generated, that says that my request is still in processing. Just waiting for a second monthly charge to come out.

No customer support with the app. (Since Feb 1st) There were too many emails, they said. I purchased the extra support, and I wanted this finished in a week. It's a huge letdown. It keeps asking for an update. Nothing happens when I click on it. You create an AI ad. - you try to edit. And the edit doesn't SAVE. They are not ready. This is a beta or some amateur.
