Top Breath combines two guidance modes to teach you how to control your breathing:
- Visual guidance:
Inhale as the circle goes up and exhale as the circle goes down. The exercise is finished when the circle stops moving.
- Sound guidance:
Inhale on the low bell sound and exhale on the high bell sound. The exercise is finished when you hear the sound of the Tibetan bowl.
- Voice guidance:
Inhale and exhale according to vocal instructions

By default, respiratory guidance is set to bring you to the state of cardiac coherence through a five-minute exercise. This exercise is divided into cycles that consist of a five-second inhale and five-second exhale phase.
