This is the most frustrating photo id experience I've had. The first time it tried to take a photo of my passport it said it was top bright which is never a problem (usually it's when it's too dark). The normal photos app took perfect photos in these conditions. It failed after 3 attempts. The 2nd backup id took blurry photos even when I aligned the id with the phone BEFORE I started the process. It's literally unusable. And this is on a Pixel 6 plus, which has one of the besy in class cameras

I was very frustrated when I posted my review, because the app kept telling to do the same thing and so I did over and over.The app was very simple and quick but I could not get the last command through. I think it would be helpful if the app explained why it would not be accepted.

Had to use this as app as requested by solicitors but it's absolutely terrible. In theory it sounds great but I've had to contact support twice for help so what should have been a really quick thing has now taken far longer. Keep getting an error code when trying to fill in the savings section and it wouldn't let me upload my pdf bank statement as it wasn't showing as pdf. It also only allows you to upload files from a couple of places like Google drive which is a bit bizarre.
