ألو شرطة نظام تنبيهات، تقدمه المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني كخدمة، يعتمد أساسا على استخدام الهواتف الذكية، يسمح للمواطن بطلب المساعدة وتدخل مصالح الشرطة عن طريق:


1. ارسال إنذار عند وجود شخص في خطر، وذلك بـ:
• أخذ صور بصفة آنية (بواسطة الكاميرا الخلفية والأمامية للهاتف الذكي)،
• رسالة صوتية،
2. التبليغ عن حادث لافت للانتباه (حادث مرور ، ع • في الطريق العام ، سرقة ، تخريب ، كارثة طبيعية ا اعتداء خ خ خ ...).
تطلع مصلحة الشرطة المختصة إقليميا ، بصفة آنية ، على الأحداث المبلغ عنها ، مما يسمح بالتدخل الفوري والإvest

كيف تستعمل خدمة ألو شرطة؟
ألو شرطة تمكنك من:
1. إرسال إنذار إذا كنت في حالة خطر، وذلك بإرفاق صورتين الخلفية والأمامية مأخوذتين على الفور (بواسطة الكاميرا الخلفية والأمامية للهاتف الذكي)، توضح الوضع الذي تتواجد فيه، موقعك الجغرافي، معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بك والتي تكون قد قمت بإدخالها مسبقا.
2. إرسال رسالة صوتية إلى مصلحة الشرطة المختصة إقليميا، مع إرفاق بصفة أوتوماتيكية، موقعك الجغرافي، معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بك والتي تكون قد قمت بإدخالها مسبقا.
3. تبليغ مصالح الشرطة عن حدث لافت للانتباه في مكان عمومي عن طريق إرسال صورة واحدة أو أكثر والتي يتم التقاطها على الفور أو المسجلة في ألبوم الصور مع إمكانية تقديم وصف للحدث المبلغ عنه.
4. اتصال مصالح الشرطة بك، عند الحاجة، وذلك في إطار معالجة الإنذار أو الحدث المبلغ عنه، باستعمال المعلومات الشخصية التي قمت بإدخالها مسبقا بطريقة اختيارية.
5. يتم معرفة الموقع الجغرافي للحدث ، بطريقة أوتوماتيكية ، باستخدام نظام تحديد المواقع الجغرافية أو OF

Allô-Chorta is an alert and reporting system, offered by the National Security, based on the use of the Smartphone allowing the citizen to request help and interventions from the police services through:
1. Launching an alert, in the event of a person in danger, via:
• Instant photo taking (by front and rear camera of the Smartphone),
• A voice message,
2. The reporting of a salient fact (Traffic accident, Obstacle on the public highway, Theft, Degradation, Natural disaster, Aggression, Kidnapping, etc.).
The territorially competent police services will take cognizance, in real time, of the facts reported. This allows effective and immediate intervention and relief.
How to use Hello Chorta?
Allô-Chorta allows you to:
1. Launch an alert if you are in a dangerous situation, by sending the police two photos taken instantly (by front and rear camera of the Smartphone illustrating the situation in which you find yourself), your geographical position, as well as your contact details which would have been entered previously.

2. Transmit a voice message to the competent police department, with automatic transmission of your geographical position and your coordinates which would have been entered beforehand.

3. Report to the police a highlight in a public place by sending one or more photos captured instantly or delayed from your image gallery with optional entry of the description of the reported fact.

4. To be contacted by the police services if necessary, as part of the processing of the alert or the fact reported, using the personal information entered optionally.

5. Automatically determine the geographical position of the fact reported using the GPS geolocation system or explicitly using an address entry form.
