Free training tool for medical professionals and students to use to sharpen their eye for spotting skin cancer. Use this app if you've already had some basic training and want a lot of examples to work through in your free time. If you need a full course in recognizing skin cancer this app is not the place to start.

Fantastic selection of photos to practice on. Easy app to use. I just wish it gave a small written clue as to what the giveaway should have been (for the photos that are incorrectly identified). Some of the moles will look virtually identical, but will have opposite diagnoses. Would just be great to learn what an experienced dermatologist would have spotted that would help them diagnose correctly.

Totally agree, however the database these came from don't have those kinds of annotations. The differences can be quite subtle, which is why it can take a lot of practice to tell the difference. In the end it may be hard to put into words.
