About this app

Stop the ringing in your ears with this groundbreaking proven 'notch therapy' treatment.

- How does it work?
First, we identify your 'tinnitus frequency', then we play what is called 'pink noise' with your tinnitus frequency filtered out. Listening to this every day can improve your tinnitus symptoms by forcing your ears to adjust for the missing frequency.

- Really?
Yes, really. The science behind this new type of tinnitus treatment is backed by years of PhD research. You can read this research at our website (link at the bottom of this page).

- Why get this app?
Unlike similar software available out there, I do not charge a monthly fee, nor impose any restrictions or time-limited trials on the app. I'll also be updating and improving the app as the community learns more about how to improve the therapy.

- How to prove it's filtering out frequencies?
To see what the app is doing when it's running, you could use a spectrum analyzer app to 'see' the noise being filtered to your chosen frequency range.

Here's wishing you good hearing health.

Thank you. I have tried a few apps with little success. But I found this one really helps, maybe it suits my type of tinitus. i find judging the pitch to match, my perceived tone was easy, but I kept doubting myself if I had it correct. I tried 3 or 4 times and each time found a similar range, so i settled for that. please persist using the app daily, after 4 or 5 days thinking it wouldnt work i found the tinitus volume was decreased or it wasnt so intrusive into my life. After a week the high p

Long Covid left me with 24hr high frequency tinnitus. As a musician, this was life changing. I found this app whilst dodging expensive subscriptions and thought to give it a go. First use blocked out the ringing and gave mea most welcome break. Immediately afterwards I could barely notice it. It comes back eventually but a quick burst on the app and I'm good to go. This really worked for me and I'm so happy! Thanks to the Dev! Notes: could use a slicker UI designed for larger screens ;)

Tinnitus is driving me nuts, mine is very high pitched. This app does provide relief but as another user says it does come back. I need to use the app more frequently to see if it does eventually dissipate. One criticism is that if you want to reset the frequency to a different pitch you have to go out of the app and back in again. Can we have a back button please? Great work otherwise. Thanks.

Thanks for your review. I'll consider adding that. Note that everyone's tinnitus is different, so how often you need to use the app to keep your tinnitus under control will require some experimentation.
