This app worked fine, for years, with a couple of quirks. Unfortunately, they haven't updated the app for the latest phones (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S24+) and support has not responded to my request for help, so I can no longer use the app. This makes me consider other options for a home thermostat, so I can still check in on things and make adjustments remotely...

Terrible app. Doesn't stay signed in, meaning I have to log in from scratch each time. They also did not build this on a mobile platform so the buttons and text get tiny and unreadable. And when everything g is signed in and connected properly I still cannot control my HVAC remotely when I'm away from home - which is the only reason to have the app. Worthless

This app sucks will.not aknolige my confirmed password, I'm a dealer and am extremely frustrated with this app!! I've reset it 3x already, removed and reinstalled, it still not connecting to the t stat. How can I sell this tomcustomer when it will not work.on my own home?? No number to call to teck support very poor app!!!
