This is regarding the car wash. I downloaded the app so I could conveniently drive through the carwash. Really really annoying on both occasions I've had to go in store though to collect the code after I had made payment from my car. The "DONE" graphic on the app covered the entire code so I was unable to drive through. What a waste. Please fix this.

When it works its brilliant but often just doesn't work, starts up ok and you get the start pumping fuel showing location and pump # then next thing it's gone off screen and looks like you need to join or scan again. No hope of SAVE coming up once that happens so you have to go in store to pay, defeating the best reason of using the app 😩

Spent several minutes following the instructions at the pump - took the time (and data) to download and install this app, registered email, validated email, scanned the QR code to set up payment, payment page wouldn't load. Closed app, logged in again, scanned QR code, still got a blank screen. Wound up just filling petrol and walking in to pay with my card like I should have in the first place. Massive waste of time.
