I really wish I hadn't ignored the one star reviews but these people essentially stole my money, high conversions aside I paid for a virtual card and added money to it, but there was no money in the card. I tried to reach out to customer care but I'm being ignored. Please read this and don't use this app

Best ever used app ever. Their Customer service is also fast and very attentive. Within some minutes your problems are solved. I recommend it to all who want to make payments outside the box for sure. Although I haven't used it for long but with what I've experienced from their side. It's the best experienced app so far...

Their transaction rate is very high even at that, they do not convert currencies yet charge so high for a single transaction. Having the app is useless because I still can't transact at that rate.... I'd recommend moneyfex it's very affordable and still convert currencies..... Then their network is always bad yet they will still block your account as if it's your fault. They charge you for crediting your account and still charge you way higher for debiting that's theft. Please work on your rates
