Too many bugs in the app. It's listed my child as the account owner after the last update and doesn't allow me to fix that as the keyboard never pops up. It sends notifications for earlier appointments, but when you click to book, it asks you to sign in with the phone number but never sends the OTP to it. This is in spite of already being signed in on the app!

The app freezes a lot, close by itself ver. 2.2.1. After updating to last ver 2.2.2, it did not recognize the password. I had to reset it (it accepted the same password "silly"). My medical reports and appointments are not updated, showing until 2022. The supporting team is not responding at all despite lots of calls and complaints. If you face a problem in your app, do not expect any support from them

After last update, app is HORIBLE. Nothing is working properly, it is very difficult to find a doctor, to book an appointment, every time you have to spend a lot of time and patience to get confirmed booking. Photo of doctor is missing in search area, you can not filter by hospital nor town, etc. Very, very, very bad app. Previous one was much easier and simpler.
