This makes the difference in my experience and overall outcome whenever I have to visit the library in person to pick up my printed documents. I can set out those I need remotely from anywhere I am then set up the printing and time I want them. So I just drop past and their done. Very easy, quick and simple. We'll done. Especially if you don't have a printer. No problems running out of paper ink or time.

Could be better. When you place holds you get no notification or alert the item is available for collection, so you have to manually go into it to check the status. Could also get an alert for items when they are due back in a day or two.

Pros: reserving books and managing account from home. Cons: too many glitches,too often
