Everything other than the home page looks good, the banners often look pixelated with an exception to the kung fu panda 4 one. I was also wondering how to manually input past orders, I remember this being an option a few months ago but I can't seem to find it.

Great app when it works properly, it's a bit slow to start up. I thought I was getting cheated of a free drink, but it just shows up when you press the rewards link

Never works when needed. Always having issues and verifying all the time. Also, I lost all previous points as the app won't recognise our old membership no.

Hi Jenny, we can assure you that no points have been lost at all, as old memberships can be converted quite easily. Could you please contact customerservice@gongchatea.com.au and we will look further into this for you? We will need your old membership number.
