The app has frequent glitches and tech issues and the customer service when contacting PayStay is poor. Unfortunately, at this stage a lot of councils are using the app exclusively for parking, so the customer is out of luck for choice. The app has recently been updated so hopefully that fixes the tech issue but the customer service is still going to be an issue.

Absolute garbage, love only being able to buy all day parking in 1 min increments. I have nothing better to do than sitting here renewing my parking every 60 seconds.

glitchy - running on android 12, tried to "start parking" & app would respond "please wait" & then would just minimise the window without indicating that the transaction worked. Tried a couple of times & then closed & reopened the app, after which in parking history I had 6 tickets concurrently for the same car in the same location. Not impressed. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly, but I expect a "parking has now started" msg at a minimum & app shouldnt open multiple tickets for the same thing.
