So many glitches. When you call inquiry services, you will receive numbers for IT technical service, which are not answering your call. There are so many 1 star complaints about technical errors below, but still not fuctioning well. Wow. So disappointed overall service of Medibank.

Password works on website but app says enter valid password. Added claim on website but can't find it anywhere. Very poor software experience on both app and website.

app sucks.... full of bugs... upload receipts in claims doesn't work... nor does the password set up on the very first screen..... *//I've supplied the requested screenshot//*
