No good - can't create account. App took a long time to load. Started trying to create an account and got booted back to home screen halfway through. Started again. Struggles to let me type in numbers. Finally filled out all the boxes, hit the sign up button and it kept sending me back up to the address field as if there was a problem. My address was correct so had to give up.

Super easy to use App. Great that it retains your details for future use. Such a convenient way to access medical advice, medical certificates and prescriptions. I needed to talk with a doctor on one occasion, and they were empathic and helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I felt heard. When you only need a one day certificate, I could get this without talking to a doctor. It definitely is instant, as my certificate came through within 5 minutes of lodging my request. 10 out of 10 from me.

Time waster. At the start of the process I was asked to select my medication from a list, then I went through the long process of filling out all my details including medicare number, next of kin etc only to be told that my medication is not available and I would have to do telehealth consult. They could have easily made this clear at the start. Complete waste of time and money!
