How do I stop emails. Plus, your app is terrible. Who decided to put a whole lot of matches on tiny little boxes. I want to delete myself off POF it's not what it used to be and sick of your emails

Hi Linda, thanks for sharing your feedback. Your mail out preferences are adjusted via Settings on your app and/or the website. Regarding the matches, we have made these as large as possible whilst ensuring you can still see multiple on your interface; feel free to zoom in on your screen if you feel these are too small. Great scam! Signed up for a free trial. In the terms and conditions it stated that the paid subscription would not start until the free trial and you can cancel at anytime with no charge. The full amount was unlawfully removed from my account immediately without authorisation. When I contacted RSVP to let them know this had happened they refused to refund (it not a refund....it's return of stolen funds). Going through consumer affairs. Encourage you to do the same to stop this.

Very poorly made app . While you can subscribe from the app you cannot cancel from the app . Need to Goto the desktop site . Beware of the subscriptions , while you may be thinking you are buying it for a month (1 month subscription) , it actually sets to auto renewal and the only way to cancel is to Goto the desktop site. Don't see it any better than other apps , and definitely not worth spending 50 dollars per month .
