Worst service. Its infuriating. I had been requesting a refund since 25th may. Due to covid & border restrictions, my study plans were cancelled. I have provided all the required information as well as visa cancellation letter. I am ready to provide any additional information anytime. Yet they reply so late. I have to remind them through email 3 to 4 to atleast reply or check my last mail. Shouldnt you people be assisting students during these difficult times, instead of ignoring them?

They ask a lot of details but you must input the details are shown to you. If there is not the specific details you have to choose the wrong one to be able to claim. I was willing to extend my cover for more 4 years, I will not after the first time I tried to use the app. Too much headache.
