I've had quite a few issues with this new app. The amount of repeats is often listed wrong meaning that I think we have enough to do an order but we really don't. So I've had to uninstall and then re install it a couple of times to try to rectify it. The old app was really good and I never had any problems. It makes me wish that the old "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" had happened. Hopefully though these are just teething problems and that in time, it'll all be good. 🤔🤔

Horrible to use. The old version was much better & allowed easier tracking of scripts, not just what scripts you need only. Scripts recently filled completely disappear from the app until the app deems them ready for you to reorder again, but if your GP changes a dosage or frequency, then this feature is useless. You can't see how many repeats you have so might as well go back to the paper versions. Also can't easily incorporate family members (ie: young children without a phone or the app).

Unreliable, outdated pharmacy app. Prone to errors. No notifications about meds and limited communication functions. I had to reinstall app due to a glitch as it stopped authenticating my account details and I couldn't sign in anymore. Then when I logged back into the reinstalled version, all my prescription meds at the pharmacy previously linked on the app had disappeared. I can't message my pharmacy through the app. Probably deliberate. Back to phoning incompetent staff...
