Owner verification is cumbersome and annoying. Was told I would be able to use the app to turn my car on, and as a breastfeeding mum using the back of the car to feed, I thought it was a blessing. So far, all I have achieved by trying to use it is trigger the car alarm, if it works at all. Also, the ability to unlock the car from elsewhere. That has failed to work at all for me yet. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

Good idea but terrible implementation. Initial setup issue required call to customer service to rectify. Still I often get server connection errors and can't connect to the car - a problem if you have used the app to lock the car. App also requires permission to access photos and videos - there is no reason such an app would need this. Update: I'm no longer able to verify my vehicle. App refuses to move to the next step after entering mileage. What a terrible app Honda. You should be embarassed.

Currently the app and servers are terrible, and never works when you need it to on the latest Samsung. Great when it works The app never shows the home screen and I have to constant log out then in to see the car's statues. If you are thinking that the always connected features is a selling point for your car, you'd be very disappointed. Hope they can sort this out soon.
