A1 is by far the worst provider that I have ever used...I have lived in Romania and England(slowest internet ever, still would rate higher then A1) We called them in advance (5weeks) to let them know that we are moving to a new address, they say to call back in 3 weeks...they call us back in 3 weeks with offers to extend for another 2 years (already 4 years with A1)...we say ok but what about the move? They say that the switch will be automatic at the new address. Here we are using mobile data..
