Scheduling nightmare - unless you are scheduling a regular appointment, information is non-existent. Overdue testing doesn't show up in alerts, unable to schedule some things on app, but doesn't tell you that. Good luck finding an actual non clinic phone number. Very confusing if using for anything out of the norm.

I got a notice from Sanford health billing. I paid the $15 I owed you. Now here's the deal, you sent my $15 back to me while all along your notifying me to pay $15. Now I have a check from Sanford that I have to take to my bank to deposit it. I'm the past I would pay the $15 at check-in or mail it. When mailing it to you it cost $.55 to mail plus my driving there, only to have sent back to me later and then being notified of owing you $15 again.
