App also will not allow me to sign in because the keyboard will not pop up to type in info. I used it for 2 years with no problems then this happened. I did cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled the app and rebooted numerous times. I have an android and not sure if an update is the cause.

App Keeps Crashing Each time I entered the Patient Portal and chose to write a message the app would crash by kicking me out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalled it twice but got the same results. Not sure who to contact about this issue so I posted it here. If they get it resolved I will update my review. Until then I will access the Patient Portal through my browser.

I just updated and was finally able to send a message through the portal. Thank you for fixing that issue! 2/3/22--All of a sudden, I am unable to use the messaging section because my keyboard won't pop up. Suggestions??
