I love the way you can just scan a ticket and it automatically enters it. Only once in awhile you have to enter a code. The only thing I don't like is if the bar your supposed to scan has been scratched off too much it don't give you an option to manually enter anything else like the mat code in the back of ticket or something like that like the old way even where you used to have to enter some numbers from the ticket and then what's under the second chance sign. That would work!

On the scan screen there is a button for "manually enter a ticket". This will take you to the website where you can log in with same details and manually enter the ticket and entry code to your account. We hope this help! Thanks for the 5-star rating and feedback!

I like this app a lot. It's easy to use, and it's super convenient for all things pertaining to the Oregon lottery. Not only can you scan scratch-off tickets, but megabucks, powerball, keno, almost anything with a lottery barcode, with the exception of video poker vouchers. If you do hit a big jackpot win on any Oregon lottery games, this app will provide detailed information on where and how to collect your cash winnings. This app has a lot of great features like being able to scan your tickets to find out if they're a winner and when doing so it instantly enters your ticket in 2 second chance if it. The only negative thing about the app that I found, is that it has to have your precise location, and I find that very invasive.

We do not require precise location, just that location services are turned on so that we know you are with in the borders of Oregon when entering for Second Chance. If you just scanning a ticket and not entering in Second Chance, location services are not required. We hope this helps. Thanks!
