I use to really like it, but they had this big update that took ages. Since then, I can't trust what it says I have in my account, and things tend to show up all at once in a cluster after days. I've had to call to deal with overdraft fees because of it. On top of that their credit payment for their card went off app, then back on to loans, just making it confusing and getting rude about it when I called. Their statements also have been a issue and feels.like they just missed a step. It's a mess

The new version that came out last year is not good. The old version was much better! The mobile deposit doesn't even work anymore, it doesn't matter how many times I take a photo of the check it will not accept it, because it says I didn't capture the full image which I did! Dumping you out of the app to the browser to check your Visa account is absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to do something like this it should be seamless. Plus, the app won't allow you to close it after logging out.

Frustrated because the card controls option doesn't show anywhere anymore among other useful features. Most of the options are useless to me, I wish there was an option to manually confirm purchases because I got overdrafted over $200 unknowingly (I had some subscriptions I forgot about and didnt know i was charged for until i checked my account), and I couldn't turn that off because both the app and website don't have card controls or anything of the like. Very disappointed with the update
