Terrible app. Before you could see how many times a person was arrested, now you can only see who's in jail or released in the last 48 hrs. My guess is someone who is important in HSV got arrested n they didn't want anyone to know. Back in the 80s I worked for a contractor who's wife got arrested for shoplifting. Back then we had 2 newspaper. One of the papers had arrest reports for each day. After they printed her name, not only did arrest reports go away, they quit printing the paper.
