Has potential but overall bad experience. Frequent "is not responding" pop-ups, if you hit the back button to close an options list then you lose your entire request and everything you've typed and have to start from scratch which is extremely frustrating. Feedback function is pointless and there's no way to communicate that issues are unresolved or poorly resolved. Disconnect between issue and facilities management. I would need glad to be contacted to assist with practical remedial measures.

Submitting a work order is easy and straightforward. I see items that have been fixed but their status is not updated in FIR. Messages pop up on my desktop but when I attempt to open them they disappear. I never get responses to inquiries I submit to the work order contacts. Work orders being closed with no resolution statement. No training information/site for new building reps.

Ver 2.0.0 crashes constantly when submitting a report. often takes multiple tries to get a report sent. have to resort to copy and paste into fields before app crashes. Today I tried this approach 5 times before I was to click submit. the app crashed immediately after. app crash notifications even after closing app. still better than previous version.
