About this app

This app allows you to read and listen to the Bible (Al-Kitaab al-Mukhaddas) in Chadian Arabic, a major language of Chad, in its Roman script version. Navigate by book and chapter, or search for words or phrases in the text.

Activate the audio feature to download and play audio for the current chapter. The text is highlighted phrase-by-phrase as the audio plays, in effect "reading" the text. Downloaded audio is saved on your device and may be played later without downloading again.

Read the introductions provided for each book, and also for the major sections (entire Bible, Old Testament, New Testament), to help you understand the main themes. Take advantage of the glossary, a Bible timeline, and maps to help you better understand the text. Annotate verses with your comments, bookmark your favorite places, get daily reminders, or share a favorite verse on social media beautifully presented on an image of your choice. Make the text larger or put it in dark mode for night reading.

And if you like the app, share it easily with your friends using Bluetooth or WiFi!
