Tikar-French-English Dictionary with French-Tikar and English-Tikar Index by Ellen Jackson and Carol Thorne

The Tikar Dictionary app is intended for those who would like to look up Tikar words to find the French equivalent, or to find the Tikar word via a French or English gloss.

The Tikar language*, classified as Niger-Congo, Atlantic-Congo, Volta-Congo, Benue-Congo, Bantoid, Southern, Tikar. It is spoken in the following areas of Cameroon: Adamawa region: Mayo-Banyo division, Bankim subdivision; Centre region: Mbam-and-Kim division, Ngambe-Tikar subdivision, scattered over northwest Yoko and northeast of Foumban; North West region: Donga-Mantung division, small border area; West region: Noun division, Magba subdivision.
