EDIT: Raised to 4 stars, remote deposit is restored, or appears to be. I haven't tried it yet. OLD REVIEW: So far, AWFUL. No way to do a remote deposit. Don't see any advantages over the previous app at all. Credit Union says they are aware of the problem and the vendor is working on it. ALSO, I'd like to disable the passcode. I'd argue that the passcode LESSENS security by bypassing the password and only requiring a 4 digit number to log in for anyone that has access to your phone.

The app feels half baked. There is no mobile deposit feature (something the previous app was able to do). Plus, the new application won't link up to my Empower Personal Dashboard, which makes transfers into Hope from an external savings account more of a headache than a used to be.

I hope you guys know what you are doing because so far on the new app this isn't it. We don't get any notifications any more about transactions/activities, balances via emails or text. That is a needed feature for all banking in 2023 and the future. We would love this feature back.
