This is an app which can transform one's life emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Make Meditation a daily routine and see the inner transformation yourself. I have become part of Being Heartful Every Day program running under the app by Heartfulness Institute.It is a complete package of Practice,theroticaly as well as practically. It's a well organised app giving all combinations of practice. It would be great if one could zoom out the reading parts as the print sometimes are too tiny ,making it difficult to read. Also everyday excerpts can be provided for reading for padcasts from various books.

This app helps me track my meditative practice in a very efficient manner and comes in handy with various other provisions of related literature, trainer meditation and informative visuals. Extremely userfriendly interface, specialised content, minimised bugs and purpose serving app. It is the best app I have used till now.
