overall a really helpful app. I don't know where I'd be without it. auto-generating meal plans and shopping lists are especially helpful. Saves me a ton of time. I would like a better FODMAP directory interface and information architecture. And sometimes switching between weeks is buggy. Last issue is sometimes ingredient numbers/amounts are way off I think because they are designed for the UK not US context, which can lead to over-shopping. A nice feature would be to create recipe favorites.

Saves up a lot of time and energy to plan out meals that is gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, lactose free and portions are adjustable. So far only two recipes 'forget' the ingredients listed to be incorporated in the methods but we've no problem figuring it out. I wish the grocery plan list could be more sleek, e.g. frozen food with other frozen food. Else it's very easy to navigate in mainland european supermarkets.

I searched through numerous apps before deciding this one was the best with the most features I wanted! I even paid for it, which I don't normally do! You can find recipes, follow fodmap and other diet restrictions, meal plan, track other important info, and find trends. Two things I wish it had to make it 5 stars would be an ingredient scanner to sort through low fodmap foods and I really wish I could put my own recipes into the meal planner! Now I have to write them out separately.
