The application was created with the aim of digitizing, and thus simplifying the communication between the partner and the 321 delivery provider.
When users order delivery of products from the facilities to their home address, partners enter all the necessary order data into the application - address and time when the order is completed.
Suppliers can then record the time of picking up the order from the facility, but also the time of delivery of the order to the end user, which partners can track at any time.
Partners and suppliers have the ability to view all orders and their details retrospectively, so they can track how many orders have been delivered.
