I've seen some issues resolved fairly quickly by using this app to report the problem. I've also seen issues linger for a few weeks. If you don't at least attempt to use the app and make your concern known, it may never get addressed. I truly do appreciate the employees of the City of Tacoma who are driving the streets, following up on these things. I pray for their safety. We all deserve to be able to go home safely every day/night.

This is a GREAT tool for Tacoma residents to use to request non-emergency help. They know which city group to contact for each type of request. E.g., after a stolen car was towed away, a license plate and some junk was left behind. 311 had it cleared up in no time.

This app is useless. It's just a way for the Tacoma Police Department to get people to stop calling the non-emergency number. Now they don't need the dispatcher to help ignore us.
