MonAS Collège allows you to manage communication around the AS of the college:

[For the students]:
*The AS calendar of the year with all the information (Activities, times, locations, additional information, etc.)
*A calendar updated in real time
*Receive notifications from PE teachers
*The possibility of registering (and unsubscribing) for activities requiring prior registration
*View the list of activities practiced during the year
*View the list of my registrations for upcoming activities
*Contact a PE teacher
*See who is already registered for each activity

[For teachers: *subject to having access to the dedicated website]:
*Send notifications to different categories (or to all students subscribed to “General information” notifications)
*Manage student accounts
*Access the list of activities practiced during the year, for each student
*Know in real time who registered by activity
*Register/Unregister students for activities
*Have access to all categories
*Add/edit activities
*For each activity, it is possible to make registration compulsory, decide on a registration deadline, limit the number of registrants and add a personalized message with multiple word processing options.
*Make and send the roll call (pdf file) of the students present
*Have access to the AS archives (past days and calendar of the previous year)
*Access to the list of students registered in the application

And all this in a highly secure environment. Without the college code decided by the teachers, registration is impossible.
Management of registrations for AS days is simplified, for students (or their parents) and teachers.
