Most of this app is good, but it has one glaring failure that makes it almost useless to me: support for biometric ID (fingerprint) does not work. It asks for the fingerprint, acknowledges it when I touch the fingerprint sensor, but then STILL demands a full log in with user name and password. If I could remember these things, I wouldn't have NEEDED to set up biometric ID in the first place. I'll leave a real review once I can actually USE the app.

can't communicate through messages and appointments. the app does not like my input and consistently tells me that there's an error when nothing is given, in the drop down menu to choose from , and I must fill in the blanks myself

Useless. Works for one adult account but if you have a minor, forget it. Can't link accounts. Called their support line, they couldn't figure it out. Called the hospital, they couldn't figure it out. Everyone points fingers at someone else. Nothing gets resolved. No one cares enough to fix the problem. It really shouldn't be this complicated to handle a minor's records.
