Ii would give this app a 2 star rating but I find it very useful in terms of messaging/communicating with my doctors. The app works most of the times except when it doesn't. It won't remember me despite being confirmed to remember me. The biometric login feature hardly ever appears unless there is some secret code of the universe which clicks into place and....there it is! You can't delete old notifications, I've tried and you can't clean up your landing page.

Update has ruined this app. Cannot use 4 digit pass code no matter how many times you set it. It will constantly give you a log in error. Also continously signs you out even if "keep logged in is checked" I simply cannot understand how bugs that effect primary issues can get by. I mean issues as fundemental as simply logging in.

They just changed the design of this app and it's awful, not to mention ugly! The old app was easy to use and esthetically pleasing. I can imagine that this new design will discourage me from using it as much as I should. I hope that doesn't impact my health in a negative way.
