The current app requires some adjustment from the one I was accustomed to. My only real complaint is that Fingerprint Authentication works for only 2 or 3 logins before I have to disable it. I've reset it a few times, but can't be resetting it 2 or 3 times weekly-- that is the opposite of convenience. I wish that feature were either fully functional or not listed as an option

This is, with out a doubt, the worst app I I've ever used. They had such a good system and "upgraded it," now it's an absolute nightmare. You can't get your bank accounts to sync with quicken or each other. Now the app only can be used in Spanish. We are closing our accounts with eagle as a result and switching to a different credit union, today. What a nightmare, and totally unnecessary.

Both of the options to link accounts between members is bugged out. I already had to call to unlock my account, and will now have to go in person just to make a transfer. I will be looking into other credit unions based on how this app has been handled, and the whiplash I've experienced over 3 different banking experience updates in less than 2 years.
