It's mostly good. Not thrilled with the layout on iPad. Also, bill pay should have a confirmation step to allow you to review details before final submission. It doesn't, and if you are too close to the payment date, or leave the default date, there is no chance to edit or cancel the transaction once you submit it. That's frustrating.

An ongoing issue for years which seems to have gotten better is failure to update balances and transactions. Good is you can deposit mobile checks. App works about 9/10 times. You can message support Have to be careful when paying CC. I accidentally took cash withdraw then immediate moved it back. Was charged a cash withdraw fee and doesn't look like they'll credit this mistake. Tried to delete a transfer scheduled in 3 months but fails with error saying it's in progress and can't delete.

Unable to enter new password into app. Trustone forces a password change, then the app locks out my account. Have to uninstall the app to be given the opportunity to enter new password. Not the best way to handle an app. I do like the app better than the website. It just isn't great to have my account locked out on a weekend when no one is around to unlock the account.
