an app with so much potential yet very unprofessional. May download it again in a few decades. Too many bugs, parcel delivery and location selection is not working, order cancellation and approval are random, call centre is unresponsive...

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. Tried calling the vendor, chatting with customer support online, and called over 15 times on your number with NO answer. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, someone from your side finally picked up, only to inform me that my order was canceled, the store had already closed, and customer service had FORGOTTEN to let me know. Trash app. Trash customer service. Never using this ever again.

Glitchy and doesn't work during offers. Couldn't checkout because phone login verification code was never sent to me. Wasted my time choosing the items and setting up the account earlier.
