Ages of life - Masters of time

The terms "chronocracy" and "chronocrates" are very fertile astrological concepts but unfortunately abandoned by modern astrologers and finally fallen into disuse. Sudying and analysing these "masters of time and hours of life" can however teach us a lot about the different phases of our development and about the inevitable changes that every being must face.
By dividing life into seven unequal but immutable segments, astrology seems to enclose lives in shackles that belies the observations made by everyone. But, this would be forgotten that to this generic division - shared by the whole of mankind - is superimposed on a second interpretation grid which is personalized because it is the result of person's birth card!
This is how, for example, all humans share the Moon as master of their destiny between their birth and the age of 4 years. However, each Moon is unique with regard to the configuration of the sky at the precise instant of birth; thus this single Moon (regardinfg the earth situation, and concerning its position in the sky), will influence this period of life in a very particular way that the astrologer can analyze according to the birth chart.
This application calculates the different phases of your personal development from your birth to 84 years according to your birth chart and the planetary cycles that characterize it. It dates each of these critical periods and describes precisely the psychological challenges and the issues that characterize them.
It has two main chapters:

➁ The masters of time: the 49 key periods subject to the “chronocrats”.
The first chapter describes the cycles of the outer planets which are important benchmarks in terms of the age factor and the phases of growth:

➼ Saturn and its 29-year cycle, divided into 4 significant 7-year periods.
➼ Uranus and its 84-year cycle, divided into 4 significant 21-year periods.
➼ Neptune and Pluto whose cycle exceeds the human lifespan respectively, also tell us about the changes that the evolution of society imprints on individuals.
The second chapter details the 49 (7 x 7) periods ruled by the “time masters” mentioned above (also called the "chronocrats"):
