FRiENDi mobile Oman

My family and I have been Friendi users for the past 7 years and have always had a great experience. The latest changes that revoked the unlimited validity of the mobile data packages is by far the worst thing that a provider can do. We're extremely disappointed by this greedy corporate move. This feature was the one that made you better than the rest - now it makes no difference which provider we use, you're all the same! Such a shame 🙄

All my numbers are from "Freindi". Maybe I'll port it to Ooredoo again! The app is good but doesn't open most of the time! "Friendi" was very good but now it is slowly becoming like others so it is better to port.

The app never works even after the developers have released the latest updates, really ordinary service from friendi moblie oman. I thought i am the only one facing this issue but after going through the cusotmer reviews for the friendi app most of the review are negative and the service provider are least bothered in resolving the issues faced by customers. I'm thinking of getting my numbers ported out to other service providers.
