Dhangadhi Ekikrit App

This integrated municipality application would provide citizens with a single platform for accessing the information on services offered by Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City and its wards, a citizen’s charter, and news updates. This application also enables citizens to provide feedback and grievances, which can be addressed in a timely fashion. This app optimizes the flow of information and communication between the municipality and its citizens efficiently and effectively, providing a more convenient and efficient service.

Key functionalities:
-    Circulate important notices & information to app users: The app provides functionalities of sending notices and information to the different levels of app users-municipality, wards and the public. Ward can also send notices specifically to the app users within their wards.  The notice can be any information deemed important to the municipality and ward to disseminate to citizens, ward or municipality such as vaccination programs, renewal of the social security, allowances distribution, and training etc.
-    Complaints and Suggestion: The app allows citizens to submit complaints and suggestions on issues of public service delivery from the wards and municipalities such as reporting of waste collection, drainage problem, potholes, graffiti, or other maintenance issues, directly to the local government. The complaints and suggestions can specifically be sent to their ward or municipality officials as well as the addresses of complaints can also be sent to the specific complaints app-user.
-    Store and upload documents: Citizens can digitize their documents and upload into app storage, which can be accessed and use an online copy of documents whenever needed.
-    External link: Citizens have difficulty in remembering the web address of all relevant applications or sites of municipality sites. The app will act as a gateway to the site and provide links to all relevant web and application sites.
-    A digital copy of documents for anyone from anywhere and at any time.
