CG Net's internet service is worst, with frequent outages for 10-15 days a month, disrupting daily activities and productivity. Their customer service is disappointing, with temporary solutions and the need for repeated calls. To add to the frustration, their customer service isn't toll-free, and neither is this app off-line, adding to the cost. I deeply regret choosing CG Net and would not recommend them based on my personal experience. 0 STAR

Useless app customer can't even change passwords and all from their own app worthless app it's only for showing the data usage only build a app for convinence of every customer or just remove it from the playstore 0 customer service 0

What's the point of having an app in order to create support ticket whenever the internet goes out if the app also stops working everytime the internet is down? Absolutely useless app and also the user interface is poorly designed. This app needs a major overhaul for it to be any good.
