This app isn't just bad, it is unusable. On each android phone I have tried, the issue is the same. I try to fill in my name and the keyboard sticks. "E" becomes "EEee", etc. To work around it I have tried copy+paste, and that works for 1 sec, and I am asked to fill in my name again. I have been using the old Ruter Bilett app for years now, because it at least work. Update: I was able to make it work by first creating an account on ruter.no before logging in in the app.

Hi, sorry to hear that the app is not working for you. Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it? Regardless, I will pass the problem on to our developers. Iver/Ruter AS

My initial review was aimed at a missing "check for departures from station". This has since then been added from map, and added again as a tab in the main page. This feature, and the ability to see where the vehicle in question is on the journey (gps) has saved me a lot of time as i now can time my travel and connections much better. Hats off, i was frustrated at first, but it has been worth the wait. +1 if tracking = optional when using an account. But atleast having an account is optional.

EDIT: Works fine now The app does it's job fine. However, I'd like to give some feedback: - Loading pages in the app is really slow (current gen phone). The latency can cause problems during ticket inspection, as I have to remember to preload my ticket as it might not load on time otherwise - If I use "my location" when buying a period ticket between two zones it will display the correct zones, but the ticket will not include the zone starting at "my location". EDIT: works better now
