Cancelled a subscription, but for some reason it didn't register, so I got a warning. Then I attend a training and scan the qr-code, but for some reason it didn't register again. The next morning my account got blocked... Also the app is really slow

Terrible app!! I get logged off all the time for no reason and sometimes it's impossible to log in again. You just need to delete and reinstall it constantly.

It is impossible to login using your Tilburg University credentials. The application puts itself in a loop between the app and the play store...
